Grid Mirrors

Grid Mirrors is a set of three mirrors, which can be used in different ways. The effect is created by vacuum forming a sheet of polystyrene, whereupon a simple graphic grid was silkscreened, into different shapes. The result is unpredictable and changes the graphical 2 dimensional grid into a reformed 3 dimensional grid, which gives an unrealistic feel to the shape. This effect is exaggerated by combining the shape with mirrors. The grid, size and shape of the grid mirrors are all based on the golden ratio.
